FamilyCare are seeking a motivated individual for the Team Leader vacancy within the Carer Support Services Team.

the opportunity

The Team Leader will be responsible for leading a team of coordinators who provide support services to FamilyCare clients in accordance with program parameters and organisational strategic directions.

The successful application will require experience or knowledge regarding community aged care and disability service sector and associated caring role. An understanding of the Carer services sector including the Support for Carers Program and the Carer Gateway are also required. High level people management and interpersonal skills are essential.

The salary range for this position depends on qualifications and experience from $68,000 to $84,600.
