Our team is growing and we are seeking paediatric clinicians who are passionate about working with kids, teens and parents in a multi-disciplinary paediatric setting. Our neurodiversity-affirmative practice is family-focused with lots of opportunities for collaboration and shared work and we offer families a unique wrap-around service.

About the role:
- Working with kids/teens with mental health difficulties and/or neurodevelopmental conditions
- Assessment of needs, implement interventions for anxiety, mood, challenging behaviours, self-regulation, affect regulation, parent psychoeducation, interpersonal skills, and neurodivergent screening & assessments, psycho-educational assessments
- Liaising with schools, providing psychoeducation and support to families
- Family work
- The position is very flexible and could be part-time or subcontracting, we can build the role around your preferences.

Essential to the role:
- Psych: Fully registered or 5+1 provisional psychologist AHPRA
- Social worker: Member AASW
- Eligible to register with Medicare (or in the process)
- Own professional indemnity insurance
- WWCC & Current police check
- Strong clinical skills
- A neurodivergent-affirmative approach (or be super curious about it!)
- A learning mindset
- Great communication skills and focus on teamwork
Highly regarded:
- Demonstrated experience in engaging and working effectively and collaboratively with neurodivergent kids and families
- Demonstrated experience in a clinical mental health setting
