ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for a Digital Fundraising Coordinator with strong CRM management skills to implement our community fundraising campaigns and grow our family of supporters.

Working in our Melbourne Community Team, you will be a digital specialist with a record of using data effectively to run successful campaigns.

YOU WILL BRING

  • Direct experience using CRM programs (ideally Salesforce)
  • Experience in data segmentation and analysis, preferably for fundraising purposes
  • Ability to support multi-channel campaigns, including strategic use of mail, online and email communications across acquisition, growth and retention programs
  • Understanding of customer / donor stewardship principles
  • Demonstrable organisation skills
  • Strong communications skills
  • Commitment to FareShare's mission to mobilise volunteers to cook free, nutritious meals for people in need.
