Feros Care is proud to partner with the NDIS to deliver Local Area Coordination services in your community.
We are looking for an experienced and passionate individual to facilitate and implement a range of innovative and educational activities within your local community.
As a Virtual Community Development Coordinator (CDC) Employment, you will facilitate and implement a range of innovative capacity building employment activities such as awareness raising, information sharing, stakeholder liaison and community engagement activities which will support and assist people living with a disability to link into supported and mainstream employment and/or volunteering opportunities.
The position plays a pivotal role in engaging with people living with disability, their families, carers, and broader community to increase awareness and remove barriers to employment and volunteering opportunities for people living with a disability.
