ABOUT YOU

You will be an experienced Partnerships Executive or Relationships Manager who is results driven, able to work across multiple projects with tight deadlines. You will be people focused with excellent communications skills and be comfortable being the first point of contact for external partners. You will be able to present and create tailored proposals for a wide variety of corporate audiences. Picking up the phone and started a conversation doesn’t faze you. No matter the audience you will maintain excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building sustainable relationships. You will have a foundation of Marketing and/ or Fundraising skills and experience to draw on.

THE OPPORTUNITY

The Partnerships Executive is accountable for leading the delivery and implementation of a strong corporate partnership program with existing partners of The Foundation. Reporting to the Senior Partnerships Executive, this role will be focused on ensuring the continuation of existing relationships, as well as look for opportunities for growth to contribute to the ongoing financial sustainability of The Fred Hollows Foundation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supporting the delivery of the Corporate Partnership program for The Foundation
  • Working with the Senior Partnerships Executive to deliver corporate engagement activities for existing partnerships
  • Maintaining and growing an agreed portfolio of key corporate partners and ensuring KPIs for each partner are met
  • Build strong internal relationships with the Programs and Public Affairs division to deliver against shared outcomes for The Foundation and corporate partners
  • Assist to identify cross-sell opportunities with corporates, sponsors and supporters for key community partnership events
  • Oversee the ongoing delivery of the Workplace Giving Program
  • Other tasks as requested by your manager

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Demonstrated experience in account management or partnership engagement
  • Demonstrated ability to implement project plans and timelines
  • Ability to communicate across a range of medium which includes public speaking, verbal and written presentations and proposals

Highly Desirable

  • Experience in Not-For-Profit fundraising
  • Good understanding of the CSR and Corporate philanthropic market.
  • A genuine interest in eye health, as well as, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health.
