The Opportunity

Working as part of our supportive global People and Organisational Development team, you will be responsible for the coordination of our global end to end recruitment initiatives. We pride ourselves on providing a high standard of recruitment, talent and capability support to our global people managers, as well as designing and implementing effective global practices.

The Role

  • Facilitate end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Ensure that attraction and selection initiatives and processes are well communicated and understood by Hiring Managers and leaders
  • Build capability of Hiring Managers to enable them to better select highly capable people
  • Manage supplier relationships to ensure value for money.
  • Develop strong business relationships across The Foundation and drive shared initiatives in attraction, selection and retention

ABOUT YOU

We are seeking someone who is keen to learn and develop new skills within a complex global environment. Your ability to work in a team and to deal confidently with a range of people, cultures, situations and multiple deadlines will be critical to your success. Your ability to establish and maintain key relationships will be your strength - developing strategies and resources to influence, persuade and build the confidence of key stakeholders internally, mostly in a virtual environment. Your proactive mindset, continuous improvement focus and interest in understanding technology and systems are all key skills for this role.

Something Extra to get our Attention! (Not essential)

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment practices in a global organisation
  • Experience using behavioural assessment tools
  • Previous experience within non-government or NFP sector
  • SAP SuccessFactors experience
