Fundraising Institute Australia (FIA) is the national peak body for professional fundraising in Australia. We champion and facilitate best practice in fundraising through promotion of the ethics and standards of fundraising; through training, professional development and networking; and via government advocacy on behalf of our members and the sector. 

Summary of the Role 

This position is full-time role and is based in Chatswood with some flexibility in working arrangements. Reporting into the Executive Manager Membership & Marketing and working closely with a small team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring accurate data is maintained undertaking regular cleaning, checking and updating
  • Supporting the membership program by responding to all member and prospect enquiries 
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to all internal and external stakeholders and implementing onboarding actions
  • Playing a pivotal role in the annual renewals process to ensure maximum member retention.

Skills and Attributes

  • High level experience in CRM software, preferably Salesforce
  • Solid excel skills and understanding of data extraction for reports, marketing activities and campaign tracking
  • High level attention to detail 
  • Demonstrated high level of initiative and strong organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills via phone and email
