auDA is a dynamic and innovative not-for-profit that administers Australia’s domain name system (DNS). The DNS is a core part of Australia’s critical communications infrastructure and auDA works with multiple stakeholders locally and internationally to ensure the internet remains open, free and secure. With a growing reliance on the .au domain for every-day economic and social activities, auDA plays a strong role in supporting Australia’s digital transformation.
Leading the Member and Community Engagement Team and reporting directly to the Chief Communication Officer, this is a strategic and influential role that is responsible for driving growth and engagement. With ambitious plans to significantly grow membership, you will proactively develop an innovative member acquisition, engagement and retention strategy. Clearly defining and regularly analysing our value proposition, you will lead membership activities and events and work collaboratively with colleagues to promote auDA membership.
Creative and innovative in approach, with a passion for building membership and community engagement programs, you will have a demonstratable track record of growth. Experience in tech and/or telecommunications would be favourable along with an awareness of auDA’s community and membership. With strong strategic acumen, the ability to problem-solve and exceptional stakeholder management skills, you will be excited about actively engaging with members, partners and colleagues. Tertiary level qualifications in a related field and 10 years’ work experience in marketing and membership management are essential.
