Fitted for Work, as the first of its kind in Australia, is a unique national not-for-profit service that assists women experiencing disadvantage to get work and keep it. To date Fitted for Work has delivered 45,000 to over 40,000 women.
This is an administrative role responsible for supporting the Volunteer Manager in all aspects of volunteer recruitment, engagement, and retention as part of the wider team of staff and volunteers who deliver quality and relevant job preparation services to women facing disadvantage and looking for work across Australia.
We are seeking someone with excellent communication skills, and innovative approaches to improve workflow, and admin process across a range of platforms, to ensure the volunteer experience is smooth and meaningful.
This role requires experience in delivering friendly and timely customer service and efficiency in the use of Salesforce CRM, Mentorloop, Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and Teams. We are looking for someone who can thrive in a busy working environment, loves being part of a team, and can work independently.
