We’re looking for a brilliant Digital Campaigns Lead.

We are looking for a talented, switched on, full-time Digital Campaigns Lead to join our busy team of fundraisers here at flat earth direct. This is the first dedicated digital specialist role we’ve offered at flat earth direct so we’re looking for someone pretty special. You’ll split your time between training and supporting our client service team to deliver exceptional digital fundraising campaigns for a range of charity clients; and helping to drive growth and innovation in flat earth direct’s digital fundraising offering. Including but not limited to acquiring new supporters, community and peer to peer fundraising, Giving Days and cash appeals.

Experience

If you’ve got solid, practical experience in planning and executing successful digital campaigns and supporting and mentoring others to do the same, we’d love to hear from you. Digital fundraising experience would be a bonus but isn’t essential.

We want someone who thrives working in a fast-paced environment, who’s comfortable juggling multiple campaigns and tasks at any one time and enjoys working collaboratively, with colleagues, clients, and partners. 

Skills

Technical - Expertise in planning and executing digital campaigns across platforms including Facebook and Google. Experience establishing and monitoring digital tracking in Google Analystics, Facebook Pixels, Tag Manager etc. History of providing technical support and troubleshooting to a team or clients. 

People - Exceptionally personable. Calm. Tenacious, resilient and persistent. Proactive. Autonomous. Works well under pressure. Motivated by seeing results for your clients and colleagues. Huge sense of pride in what you do. 

Conditions 

Starting salary between $80,000 and $90,000 plus super. We have a bonus scheme, paid parental policy, offer additional annual leave at Christmas time, and have a strong focus on training and career progression. So, if you’re ambitious and driven then you’ll be supported in achieving your goals.

What else should you know? 

We all work from home (and have done for a decade, not just because of COVID) so there’s no more running for the bus, pushing through crowded train carriages, or battling traffic (that’s so pre-2020 anyway). If you want your morning and evenings back, this is the ideal set up. All office equipment (MacBook, desk, Internet, etc.) is covered.

We love growth, but of our clients’ programs, not agency growth for growth’s sake.
