We are seeking a collaborative, agile and flexible grant writer, skilled in the development of persuasive text and passionate about contributing to social outcomes.

The Grant and Implementation Officer is a Part Time, Fixed Term Contract that works within the Impact and Strategy team to support innovation, growth and effective service. The position reports directly to the Chief Strategy Officer to identify, track and write submissions for growth opportunities and coordinate the submission pipeline. This position is responsible for the translation of innovation and evidence into funding submissions. The position develops excellent written communications, collaborates extensively within the organisation and supports key projects and implementation activities. We are seeking a team player who brings passion, professionalism and fun into a dynamic and autonomous working environment.
Reviewing submission and grant opportunities and coordinating the process of testing opportunities through to submission of tenders. Liaising with people from across Family Life and the community to develop evidence informed written text that captures and promotes our services and responds to social need. Working alongside our finance team and program leaders to track and lodge acquittals. Proactively learning about our services and supporting processes that streamline, improve and innovate how we work so that we can better serve the community. Once you have supported a successful grant outcome you are able to engage with the implementation process, seeing submissions through from concept to social impact.
