The Program

The Family Safety and Wellbeing program provides client-centred, trauma informed services including; specialist family violence services to men, women and children, this service works in a holistic way to keep men accountable and in view while working to keep women and children safe. The program also provides intervention for children and families with complex needs and mental health concerns.

The Manager, Family Safety reports to the Program Manager, Family Safety & Wellbeing and is located within the Family Safety team.

The Position

The Manager, Family Safety is responsible for overseeing, coordinating and supporting the staff who facilitate the Men's Behaviour Change Program (MBCP) groups, and provides staff supervision for 10+ staff members. The position also provides effective leadership to the Family Safety team and supports the team’s practice and continuing professional development.
