The position

The Store Manager is a permanent role starting at 30.4 hours per week increasing to 38 hours per week. The role is responsible for the day to day operations of the Family Life Opportunity Shop ensuring a vibrant and profitable retail outlet. The Store Manager is responsible for the effective and efficient management of store objectives ensuring operational efficiencies are met. The position is also responsible for leading and supervising our staff and volunteer team to deliver a memorable shopping experience for our customers, and an inviting and inclusive environment for our community.
