The Respondent Case Manager role provides intensive, innovative and holistic short term interventions to men, who have perpetrated family violence. This includes short-term case management and working with Victoria Police and the Salvation Army’s Taskforce Alexis Worker to provide effective outreach support to the perpetrator following a Family Violence incident.
We are looking for trauma informed individuals, experienced in working with people who have used violence. The role requires someone who can work respectfully within a multidisciplinary team, take initiative, work creatively and can work within a crisis driven environment.
