The Volunteer Team is looking for a personable, highly organised, enthusiastic professional, who will thrive on providing high-quality administrative support, managing their own workload allowing for peaks and troughs in volunteer program activities, with strong IT and reporting skills that is always looking at ways to improve processes to enhance our volunteers' experiences in a brand new role for the organisation.

The Volunteer Administration Coordinator is a part time, 12 month contract position based at Family Life’s Sandringham site. The position reports to the Volunteer Engagement Lead and supports the Volunteer Coordinator.
The key purpose of the position is to assist with the delivery of an effective and efficient volunteer management across the organisation and support Volunteer Team projects and initiatives across the organisation.
