You spend most of your life at work. You see your co-workers more than your families. It’s only reasonable that you work for something a bit more meaningful. You’ve always enjoyed working for a bigger cause, using your time to give back to the community where you can.
This is a role that is waiting to be made your own, and we mean it! This is a brand-new Business Development position with the team – they’ve identified a massive opportunity to reach a wider audience, and it’s your job to make that happen.
Pick a location that suits you – with offices in Alexandria and Merrylands, and work with a dedicated and passionate group of individuals who are trying to make a difference in the youth sector.
Get ready to set up some strong revenue strategies to hit bigger financial targets, identify new income streams, implement your killer strategies and troubleshoot where necessary. It’s all about targeting the right people with the right message.
This isn’t some nameless corporation, this is a not-for-profit community organisation that just wants to make sure that every child has the best possible foundation to step into adulthood. So having that experience in a not-for-profit is crucial (brownie points if you have worked in the Youth Support sector).
Be prepared to take the time to really learn how this organisation operates and why they do what they do.
It takes a special someone to work towards this cause with passion and heart, so start out temporarily for 6 months and if you’ve found value in this role, and they love you – there is a strong possibility that this opportunity will go permanent.
If you’ve got that experience working for a community, not-for-profit, and you’re looking for your next big challenge, click apply now to be considered for this role.
