The role works closely with the General Manager Community Capacity Building (GMCCB) on a number of strategic and developmental projects in collaboration with other Foundation House programs while focusing on the growth and expansion into new communities and building and strengthening key stakeholder relationships. The role will also support the GMCCB Building in the achievement of objectives and priorities as set out in the strategic plan.
Reporting to the GMCCB and working in partnership with the rest of the Community Capacity Building leadership team.
You have solid knowledge and experience working with refugee background community capacity building and can demonstrate capacity to successfully lead within a community service organisation.
