About the role

Family Planning NSW is seeking an experienced Course Administrator provide high level end-to-end administrative support to the Education Service. The position must ensure efficient delivery of Family Planning NSW courses and educational activities.

About you

  • Relevant qualification (degree, diploma or certificate IV) with extensive work experience in an education setting or event coordination
  • Ability to communicate and interact with stakeholders, senior staff and people from diverse background
  • Professional outlook and approach to work

Key Essential skills

Technical skills

  • Highly developed office administration skills, secretariat services and ability to produce reports
  • Demonstrated ability to establish, maintain and monitor administrative and educational procedures and processes
  • IT skills - experience in MS Office Suite, Adobe InDesign Creative Cloud, database management e.g. (VETtrak), Moodle support and managing course content on the website

Organisational skills

  • Proactive thinker with excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining priority of work flow
  • Results driven and enjoys working in a multi-disciplinary environment
