  • Base Full Time Salary: $50,716.00 to $59,998.00 (depending on skills and experience)
  • Full Not For Profit Salary Packaging available increasing take home pay

Position Overview

The primary role of the Health Promotion Administrative Assistant is to provide administration support in the delivery of high quality health promotion projects to address the reproductive and sexual health needs of communities in NSW.

Selection Criteria


  • Minimum 2 years’ previous experience in an administration or business support role
  • High level computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and data entry
  • Highly developed interpersonal, negotiation, written and oral communication skills
  • Highly developed office administration skills, data management skills, secretariat services and ability to produce reports
  • Proven planning, time management and organisational skills
  • Demonstrated team work skills and ability to work in a diverse multidisciplinary team
  • Experience in basic financial systems (petty cash, accounts receivable and invoice creation and payment)


  • Project management skills
  • Current NSW driver’s license

Other Requirements

  • A Criminal Record Check and Working With Children Check are required prior to commencement in this role
