Are you an experienced human resources administrator looking to utilise and expand your skills further within our People & Culture team? We would love to hear from you!

This is a full-time, ongoing role. Relevant previous experience includes but is not limited to generating employment contracts, processing pre-employment checks, maintaining personnel files and data entry. Previous experience using Chris21 is also highly desirable.

You will enjoy a multi-faceted position within the People & Culture Administration role, where you will work collaboratively with our Recruitment & Induction Administrators, Management and Gateways staff in all regions. We’re looking for someone who can work in a fast paced environment, enjoys working as a team & takes initiative in their work.

Employment is dependent upon a Police Check. Successful applicants will be required to supply a current Working with Children check for an employee. If you have lived outside of Australia for more than 12 months in the last 10 years, you will be required to supply an international police check from the country where you lived. Employment cannot commence until this check is received and assessed.

Successful applicants will also be required to undertake the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission online Worker Orientation training module called ‘Quality, Safety and You’ prior to attending induction. This is a pre-employment requirement and if not completed, employment will not proceed.
