Reception Administrator - Kalgoorlie

GCLC Inc is a community based legal centre seeking the services of an experienced Receptionist / Administrator based in Kalgoorlie for immediate start.


  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to deal effectively and appropriately with people from a range of backgrounds and empathise with people in crisis
  • High level of computer literacy with an excellent understanding and experience in the Microsoft Office Suite and Internet
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work to timelines
  • Excellent written and verbal skills with a high level of data entry, document control experience and attention to detail
  • The ability to provide professional telephone services
  • Patient and mature approach with innovative problem solving skills
  • Ability to work both unsupervised and also within a team environment
  • A National Police Clearance (less than 6 months old)
  • A valid West Australian driver’s licence with a good driving record
  • Evidence of double-vaccination


  • Previous experience working in a legal environment or within a community-based organisation
  • Previous experience working independently in an administrative role
