One of the key customer value propositions for customers considering using the WasteMaster technology is the seamless delivery and on-going operation of the system. Based in Melbourne and reporting to the Operations Director, the Logistics and Administration Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the Site Inspection, Delivery, Installation and Commissioning of all new WasteMaster units that are sold both within Australia and overseas.

The Logistics and Administration Coordinator will have a fantastic opportunity to learn and develop within the business and be able to directly impact the success of Green Eco Technologies during this rapid growth phase.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the relevant trade and operational personnel to attend the customer’s premises on the required day and time
  • Responsible for coordinating the following activities:
    • Site Inspection
    • WasterMaster configuration (site specific)
    • WasteMaster pick up from factory and delivery to site
    • Forklift booking
    • Shipment of any required parts
    • Power connection
    • Venting of the WasteMaster
    • Delivery of food waste and residual bins
    • Removal of residual bins by third party
    • Regular scheduled maintenance servicing of all WasteMasters in the field
  • Interact with customers to ensure the required site access is granted
  • Assist with developing a systemised and scalable approach to managing the coordination of logistics activities to align with the rapid growth in the business
  • Monitor the WasteMaster portal and coordinate any relevant actions that may be required to be taken on the machines in the field
  • Assist with general administrative duties as required

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a logistics and/or trade coordination role
  • Proficient with the Microsoft suite, particularly Excel
  • Highly organised and ability to multi-task
  • A high level of accuracy in paperwork and workflows
  • Experience in communicating with trade and operational personnel as well as customers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Australian Citizenship required
  • Full Australian driving license
  • Experience with maintenance software systems
