Gidget Foundation Australia is seeking an experienced partnerships professional to support the Partnerships and Operations Director to coordinate all aspects of the organisation’s corporate partnerships and operations.

About the role:

A unique opportunity exists for an experienced corporate partnership professional to join our growing team. This role will assist the Partnerships and Operations Director by supporting the building and delivery of partnerships with Corporate Partners, as well as driving the implementation of fundraising initiatives, events, and the operational needs of the Foundation.

Key responsibilities of the role:

  • Work closely with the Partnerships and Operations Director to maintain relationships with current corporate partners to drive mutually beneficial deliverables.
  • Manage day-to-day partnership administration including partnership agreements, contracts, and a renewal schedule.
  • Coordinate the necessary logistics for brand collateral.
  • Manage the collateral register and ensure all collateral is accurately tracked and stock levels are maintained.
  • Support and coordinate the Bun in the Oven campaign and facilitate partner support.
  • Work with the Partnerships and Operations Director to coordinate the event management of the Foundation’s events including, but not limited to, Gidget Ladies’ Lunch, Rugby Lunch, Melbourne Cup Lunch, Boardroom Lunches, and Baby Expos.
  • Support the event management of the GFA Perinatal Mental Health Conference.
  • Manage Bunny Books and all merchandise inventory.
  • Provide operational support as needed for partnerships and operations.

A bit about you:

  • Demonstrated “hands on” experience working with corporate partners.
  • Previous experience working as part of a team to deliver events.
  • Highly flexible, strong attention to detail and organised with an ability to work across multiple projects and tasks.
  • Ability to work in a team and autonomously.
  • Strong organisation and time management skills.
  • Ability to develop collaborative working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • A positive “can do” attitude and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Experience in the not-for-profit sector an advantage.
