About the role

The Agile Management Coordinator will be responsible for providing support across the Digital Transformation program by working with project managers to ensure that all systems, tools and artefacts required are updated on a regular basis, project risks are continuously updated and reflected in the program risk register, program financials are continuously updated and to drive the use of Agile ceremonies and delivery tools. The maturing of Good Shepherds Agile ‘way of working’ is a key pillar of Transformation and this role will be pivotal in coaching delivery resources on this journey.

About you

To be successful in this position, you will have:

  • Agile certification
  • 5+ years of experience working with project delivery teams
  • Industry experience in Not-for-Profit and/or Government Sectors supporting Project Delivery
  • Experienced in implementing flexible project structures
  • Evidence of full Covid-19 vaccination, or medical exemption

Ideally, you will have experience with:

  • Proactive management of schedules, risk, issues, dependencies and other project and program registers to ensure they are kept up to date
  • Risk management across the project and product portfolio including management of workshops, artefacts, systems, and tools
  • Creation of artefacts and processes to support delivery of working software
  • Strong financial acumen and the ability to forensically interrogate data
  • Review & day to day management of project and program budgets, including month end actuals and variance to forecast
  • Fostering strong collaboration between teams, ensuring that efforts are coordinated and aligned.
  • Light touch governance with a focus on outcomes and alignment to strategy using agile principles for ways of working
  • Experience with resource management including time sheeting, recruitment (onboarding and offboarding
