The Client Experience (CX) Designer will support the design function to ensure client voice and experience informs program and services using human-centred design and participatory co-design methodologies. The CX Designer will also support the organisation to deliver client engagement activities.

About you

To be successful in this position, you will have:

  • Formal tertiary qualifications in relevant field. Qualification in HCD course/degree will be highly valued.
  • Previous experience working as a CX designer or undertaking equivalent work with a track record of delivering human centred design projects. Working within or consulting to the community sector, a peak body, government department or statutory authority will be highly valued.
  • Strong facilitation and client/community engagement experience across a broad range of projects and approaches.
  • Proven analytical skills, including demonstrated ability to develop evidence-based advice.
  • Project management and relationship management experience providing high-quality project delivery within resource and time constraints; experience consulting to a range of stakeholders across multiple sectors, will be highly regarded.

You will need to provide evidence of full Covid-19 vaccination, or medical exemption.
