The Financial Counsellor Senior Practitioner will lead a generalist Good Shepherd financial counselling team ensuring the MARAM guidelines are implemented, and the Financial Counselling Code of Ethical Practice is followed. This role will also undertake a reduced financial counselling case load of approximately 15 clients.
This position will support the development of new referral pathways and best practice co-delivery with Good Shepherd internal services and external service providers.
Travel to neighbourhood houses and community centres around Southport and Gold Coast may be required from time to time, based on client need of the program.
