  • SCHADS Level 4.1 ($75,662.62 plus super plus salary packaging benefits)

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Join the friendly team that will help navigate the government supports and other hardship services available to clients, discuss the suitability of No Interest Loans and supports
  • This role is the initial point of contact for clients, assesses their needs and refers them appropriately, and delivers direct services (community finance products). This direct service delivery includes completing budgets and loan applications with clients
  • Working across a spread of shifts that sit between 7am-7pm
  • You will need to be available Full-Time for the first 2 weeks of employment to undertake training

ABOUT YOU

To be considered for this position, you will have:

  • Certificate or Diploma in Community Services, Diploma in Financial Counselling, or equivalent community services experience
  • Experience in community service, financial counselling, or financial capability service delivery
  • Experience working with complex clients or clients would be highly regarded
  • A satisfactory National Police Check
  • A satisfactory International Police Check (if you have resided outside of Australia within the last 10 years)
  • A current Employee Working with Children’s Check (WWCC) or state equivalent
  • Evidence of full Covid-19 vaccination, or medical exemption

The People and Culture Team in collaboration with hiring Managers will work with you to find the most convenient method to ensure your safety and wellbeing and that of our employees. We are not currently conducting face to face interviews/inductions. These processes will be completed online for those who are successful in securing a position with Good Shepherd.
