The Head of Financial Inclusion Action Plan (FIAP) is a role that is responsible for driving the strategy and operational execution of the FIAP program. Reporting to the Director Research Advocacy and System Impact, the role oversees all aspects of the FIAP program, and supports the FIAP team to achieve exceptional outcomes for the program, FIAP members, Good Shepherd and the broader system we work within.
