About the role
The Senior Delivery Lead is responsible for the uplift of customer experience technologies that form one of the most significant transformative works that Good Shepherd has ever undertaken. The role will be focused on replacing a large number of existing disparate technologies with Salesforce CRM and aligning the implementation with our new Data Platform and Integration middleware.

About you
To be successful in this position, you will have:
- SAFe Agile certification
- 10+ years of project and program delivery experience
- Experience in implementing CRM technologies
- Experience in leading large teams
- Strong interpersonal skills with experience working in diverse environments
- Strong communication, representation and negotiation skills
- Finance/budget management skills
- Experience in creation of strategic approaches to attain outcomes
- Evidence of Covid-19 vaccination, or medical exemption
Ideally you will have:
- A highly developed commercial mindset and people management/stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to converse with staff across all levels of the business, right up to CEO level
- A methodical approach to your work with a high attention to detail;
- Strong business partnering, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills; and
- You will have the ability to see outside the box and be proactive, self-motivated, enthusiastic and technically competent with a wide range of customer experience technologies.
