About the role

  • Full-Time, Ongoing
  • Marrickville, NSW

The Team Leader supports the leadership of a multidisciplinary team of practitioners at our Marrickville location in Sydney. The team currently includes adolescent and family counselling, sexual assault counselling, case management and a young parents’ program. This is a multi-disciplinary role with a focus on integrated service delivery.

About you

  • Demonstrated staff management experience including practice supervision, recruitment, and managing individual key performance indicators.
  • Demonstrated experience in the delivery of therapeutic intervention to survivors of sexual assault & trauma, adolescents, and their families, as well as casework interventions.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess and respond to risk from a client, employee, and organisational perspective.
  • Formal qualifications in Social Work, Counselling, Psychology, or related discipline
  • Proof of the right to work in Australia
  • Current NSW Driver’s License
  • A satisfactory National Police Check
  • A satisfactory International Police Check (if you have resided outside of Australia within the last 5 years)
  • A current Employee Working with Children’s Check (WWCC) or state equivalent
  • Evidence of Covid-19 vaccination, or medical exemption
