Grand Pacific Health is a not-for-profit, primary health care organisation providing locally-tailored, high quality mental health services. We have teams delivering a broad range of programs across a large portion of South Eastern NSW, the A.C.T and Murrumbidgee region.
Based in our Goulburn and Queanbeyan offices, the Mental Health Clinicians provide person-centred and strength-based support to people living with serious and enduring mental health issues. You will work with peer workers and other clinicians in partnership with our consumers, their families, carers and GPs to deliver high quality and holistic services. Clinical care coordination is also provided in collaboration with psychiatrists, GPs, the local health district services, and other mental health organisations.
The position is full time or part time on a maximum term contract; hours and days are negotiable. Contract is likely to extend.
