The Coordinator Community Development role supports a diverse range of portfolios including Community Planning, Asset Committees, Volunteering, Men’s Sheds, Leadership Programs and more.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Relevant tertiary qualification and/or extensive experience in community development or related field.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the municipality and current opportunities within community.
• Experience in building networks and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills and proven ability to lead, develop and motivate a team.
• Project management skills and strategic thinking capabilities.
