This role will not only put your organisational skills to the test but also flex your creative muscle as you come up with new and innovative ideas to deliver purposeful and engaging content and activities for institutional investors and corporates through to farmers and industry associations, strengthening GreenCollars’ market presence.

Our program of sponsorships range from International conferences to local area community engagement and we run our own events targeting land managers in QLD, WA, NT & NSW.

More about the role:

  • Support the Head of Marketing and key business stakeholders to build, plan and implement a balanced and cohesive sponsorship and events strategy that helps deliver to business objectives across supply and demand;
  • Support the sponsorship evaluation criteria and brand strategy and ensure they are implemented through the business;
  • Be the liaison point for relationships with event owners/organisers, working with internal stakeholders to ensure GreenCollar’s participation in events/sponsorships is optimised;
  • Support development of marketing collateral including exhibition stands, signage, leaflets and promotional material;
  • Support on day to day marketing operations;
  • Support the origination team on local area events such as land manager workshops;
  • Report on sponsorship and event results and ROI, sharing learnings with the wider team;
  • Liaise with external agencies and other partners on activities.

About you:

  • Minimum 2 years marketing experience ideally with a focus on sponsorship and events;
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and an ability to take ownership of projects;
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills to engage stakeholders and drive outcomes;
  • Experience working on B2B marketing programs or with an agriculture audience;
  • Ability to develop and maintain a deep understanding of target audiences;
  • Ability to work with a range of stakeholders and engage with people working remotely;
  • Hold yourself and others accountable to the highest in moral and ethical standards;
  • Demonstrate ability to problem solve by implementing sustainable solutions;
  • Curious and courageous in uncharted territory;
  • Value working collaboratively and inclusively to deliver collective impact;
  • Uses intellect and street smarts to think ahead, evolve ideas and push boundaries;
