Digital Marketing Campaigner

Greenpeace Australia Pacific

Greenpeace is an independent campaigning organisation, which uses peaceful, creative confrontation to expose global environmental problems, and develop solutions for a green and peaceful future.

THE TEAM

The Campaign team is made up of six wonderful Campaigners, responsible for fighting against the planet’s enemies. The primary goal of Greenpeace Australia Pacific (GPAP) is to bring down the might of the fossil fuel order standing in the way of a sustainable future; this team’s job is to run campaigns that fulfil this goal. THE ROLE

The role of the Digital Marketing Campaigner is to deliver an innovative and sophisticated staff targeting strategy that will reach staff in target companies and allow them to see, hear and feel our campaigns. Through targeted messaging, you will shift mindsets within companies, activate staff of major companies in our campaigns and build internal pressure for change.

The work of this role will be a vital part of moving major Australian corporates to meet our campaign demands of moving away from coal and onto renewable energy through developing strategy, creating advertising and web content, and managing digital channels, particularly LinkedIn, but also Facebook, Twitter and web based ads.

The role will also contribute to expanding the body of knowledge and expertise on staff targeting and how LinkedIn can be used to enhance Greenpeace campaigns within the global network. You will have the responsibility of leading learning and development on effective staff targeting within Greenpeace and beyond.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract position.
