Guide Dogs Victoria has a full time, permanent opportunity for an experienced professional to join our Fundraising Centre of Excellence team in the position of Engagement Specialist - Gifts in Wills. 

In this role you will be responsible to: 

• Design, implement and execute multi-channel supporter journeys;
• Monitor and measure the performance of the supporter journeys including recommendations to optimise the supporter experience and results;
• Attend events and deliver the role of key spokesperson as required in line with operational plans; and
• Analyse, evaluate pipeline projection and conversion results, and provide strategies to improve conversion performance.

The successful candidate will have:

• Demonstrated experience in leveraging digital platforms and tools to support multi-channel supporter journeys;
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in a related field such as Sales, Marketing or Fundraising with a least 3 years of applied experience;
• A strong client and customer focus and a commitment to person centred service practices;
• A commitment to live the values and behaviours of Guide Dogs Victoria; and
• A strong alignment with the vision of Guide Dogs Victoria in delivering independence to people who are blind or have low vision.
