Guide Dogs is the leading Australian provider of Guide Dogs and orientation and mobility services for people with low vision and blindness. We are a trusted, long-standing and well recognised charity.

As the Digital Fundraising Coordinator, you are responsible for assisting in the development and optimisation of digital channels in line with the fundraising strategy, and the development and execution of performance-focused digital campaigns to attract, engage and convert supporters across both Guide Dogs Victoria and Guide Dogs NSW/ACT. Your manager in this position is the Digital Fundraising Manager who is Melbourne based. This role is a full-time 12-month parental leave relief employment opportunity.

A little more information on some of the things you will be doing:

  • Drive sustainable income growth through digital channels.
  • Maximise digital fundraising and engagement in Guide Dogs NSW/ACT and Guide Dogs Victoria campaigns.
  • Increase acquisition and retention through a compelling supporter experience.
  • Work with a range of internal and external stakeholders, including digital agencies where necessary.
  • Identify ongoing improvements with regard to digital fundraising activity and work with others to implement new digital platforms, improve timeframes, workflow, etc.

About you:

Ideally you possess a relevant tertiary degree and you must have prior experience (2-3 years) in a similar role in agency, corporate or non-profit organisations. You are experienced in driving sales or conversions via digital channels. You are able to coordinate, optimise and manage digital campaigns across social media, SEM, SEO and email. You understand reporting across digital channels, coupled with deep knowledge of all digital platforms (including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google Ads, Bing Ads).

You feel comfortable operating independently in a fast-changing environment, with teams relying on you. You are driven by a data-first approach, and you think outside the box with a fantastic mix of creative flair and analytical thought. You have exemplary stakeholder management, organisation and time management skills to manage business priorities. You have a clear passion for digital, tenacity to complete tasks to a high standard and enduring willingness to learn.
