About the role

Reporting to the HR Manager, the Human Resources Advisor will work closely with business unit leaders to deliver generalist Human Resources services, support and advice.

This role has responsibility for recruitment and supporting leaders and staff across a range of HR matters throughout the employee lifecycle. As well as being responsible for driving the organisation’s Learning Management System and promoting self-directed learning, the role has responsibilities within the Work, Health and Safety and Return to Work functions.

About you

• Experience in a similar level generalist HR role with knowledge of core HR processes
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of and ability to interpret agreements, awards and contracts
• Experience working with Learning Management Systems
• Sound understanding of WHS requirements and RTW
