Established in 2013, HALT is a grass roots for purpose charity.
HALT is seeking a project worker to support its work in the South Eastern Melbourne area. While the HALT office is based in Mornington with a requirement to work across the South East Melbourne Primary Health Network area, this role will see you on the road and in the community.
This innovative project is funded through the Commonwealth Department of Health, South East Melbourne Primary Health Network and is being evaluated by Swinburne University.
HALT is looking for someone with a strong affiliation with and an awareness of the trades and blue collar workers with proven strong community engagement skills and an ability to quickly build rapport with these industries.
The successful candidate will be comfortable speaking in a range of public settings to a variety of audiences and will often be required to get to early toolbox talks and breakfast meetings to deliver a HALT event.
