The Role:

We are seeking an outcome driven individual to assist the Active SDA (Specialist Disability Accommodation) team to ensure that we meet the compliance and service delivery components of housing people with a disability. This position will assist the team with administrative tasks in Tenancy, Property and Compliance.

The candidate will have a demonstrated understanding of SDA housing and the impact access to SDA can have for vulnerable people and their families. The SDA Administrative Officer is a key member of the SDA Active team, bringing skills, experience, commitment, and passion to enhance, develop and add value to Haven; Home, Safe.

It is also preferred that the candidate will have experience in Tenancy and Property Management and be able to provide extra tenanting support as required. Furthermore we seek a person that has demonstrated evidence of accreditation, quality, and compliance experience along with relevant sector experience and social housing knowledge. Demonstrated experience and a deep commitment to working with people with a disability is desired.
