Tell me about the role…

This newly created role will support the implementation of a Community Grants Program being administered by headspace. The Program will provide grants to communities within New South Wales experiencing high levels of suicide risk or suicide.

Working collaboratively with the headspace Schools team, the incumbent will work to establish processes and systems, administer the grant program, provide secretariat duties for the Grant Review Committee, manage grants data, and prepare reports on grant applications, outcomes and acquittals.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with demonstrated experience in grant administration, reporting and acquittals as well as experience in financial administration.

To be successful in this role, the incumbent will need to be a self-starter with excellent administration and governance skills. Working collaboratively with key stakeholders and maintaining good governance is an essential part of this role.

Based in Sydney or Melbourne with competitive salary (full time equivalent $80,000-$90,000) plus generous salary packaging benefits. Remuneration is dependent on skills and experience.

This role is offered until 30 June 2022.
