About the role

This exciting and diverse position will:

  • Establish, manage and execute the headspace digital marketing strategy for both internal and external audiences to support the overarching headspace brand and marketing objectives.
  • Develop and embed a content and social media strategy and framework across the organisation to drive greater engagement with young people and their families.
  • Oversee the management and growth of all digital engagement channels including websites, social media, email and any other online platforms for external audiences.
  • Define, deliver and continually optimise digital marketing opportunities via SEO, SEM, user experience, and organic & paid social advertising.
  • Lead the analytics and reporting function across digital channels and campaigns using measurement tools and insights.
  • Manage risk and compliance associated with the use of digital channels (including social media).
  • Manage existing headspace partnerships with industry peers, agencies, key digital media organisations and establish new relationships to drive digital growth for the organisation.
  • Lead the development and growth of a small team.

Who we're looking for

headspace is seeking a dynamic, experienced and commercially-minded professional with:

  • Approved tertiary qualifications in communications, marketing, media or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in a digital marketing role, with management experience.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering innovative digital marketing strategies with execution from start to finish.
  • Experience in media planning and buying, lead generation and acquisition strategies across multiple audience segments.
  • Proven ability to lead and effectively manage the performance, output and development of direct reports.
  • Demonstrated calm, flexible and team-oriented manner with an ability to grasp the bigger picture and make recommendations accordingly.
  • Expert level proficiency in the development and use of common digital platforms, marketing technology and tools.
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills and well-developed influencing and negotiating skills.
