eheadspace is one of the digital programs operating within headspace that provides nationwide mental health services to young people and their families through online and telephone support. eheadspace services operate 7 days per week, 365 days per year between the hours of 9.00am and 1.00am, and includes screening, assessment, delivery of brief psychological interventions, and information and referral to face to face services to and for young people from qualified mental health professionals.
The Senior Clinician involves being responsible for shift management, which includes the day to day running of the shift and delegation of tasks. The role involves providing clinical supervision to HS3 and HS4 clinicians to support their work with young people and their wellbeing.
The Senior Clinician will be adept in working as part of a multi-disciplinary team and an experienced professional with advanced skills in the assessment and treatment of mental health and other related issues for young people.
The Senior Clinician supports the Leadership Team to shape a responsive and respectful workplace culture that integrates the headspace values.

Based in the Melbourne CBD, we offer a competitive salary commensurate on years of clinical experience ($84,500 - $93,000), plus generous salary packaging benefits (up to $15,800).
