Tell me about the role

This diverse role works within the Workforce Education & Training Team on the development of learning products to build the capability of the headspace workforce. This includes video production; graphic and motion-graphic design; and course authoring using eLearning authoring tools and the headspace Learning Management System.

The role works closely with colleagues who will define the multimedia products to be developed and support video shoots; and with subject matter experts both within headspace National and across the national workforce.

What we're looking for

We are seeking an energetic, positive video production guru who can film, edit and use their graphic design skills to build courses.

  • A demonstrated focus on collaboration, teamwork and shared success
  • An energetic and positive approach to work, with a commitment to getting things done
  • Emotional intelligence and the ability to work well with a variety of people
  • Experience in multimedia production for educational purposes
  • Experience in video production including planning, talent preparation, lighting, sound, filming, and file management
  • Experience in video editing including review cycles and final product
  • Expertise using the Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, After Effects, Premier Pro
  • Experience in graphic design for visual communication
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to critically analyse information
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • General computer skills including MS Office and SharePoint
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Capacity to travel interstate occasionally
