The Individual Placement and Support (IPS) program integrates employment and vocational support with clinical mental health and non-vocational support and focuses on the individual needs of people with mental illness who are seeking to enter or remain in education or employment.
This is a new senior key leadership position that provides an overarching process of managing all headspace centres delivering the IPS program with the intention of improving the performance and outcomes for IPS participants.
This position will manage a small team and is expected to build the headspace culture and engagement through effective leadership at both the team and individual level.
We are seeking an extremely experienced and skilled professional to manage a highly complex set of relationships that will include ongoing stakeholder management to facilitate and direct a diverse set of groups. The relationships are complex and you will need excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, interpersonal, communication and organisational capabilities to succeed.
