About the role

Operating at a senior level, this new and exciting position will take a leading role in growing the cultural capability across the headspace workforce. Working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders, this role will drive the development of cultural capability resources and training, enabling employees to better understand how challenging unconscious bias may enhance professional practice and shape policies and processes in the delivery of culturally safe care.

Your exceptional interpersonal and communication skills enable you to work effectively and sensitively with a broad range of people from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and experiences. You will be well-equipped to successfully navigate a complex, and fast-paced environment to manage and deliver projects at both the strategic and operational levels.
