As part of a multidisciplinary leadership team, you will have a broad strategic impact, supporting the achievement of other priorities such as strengthening headspace's outreach and community engagement activities, along with the design and delivery of First Nations social and emotional wellbeing training. Through the provision of expert advice and critical feedback, you will have the opportunity to truly embed cultural safety and security into the cultural fabric of headspace and the way in which we work. The incumbent will also have the opportunity to grow their own team to deliver on a number of important and exciting strategic objectives.
To be successful in this role, you will bring strategic thinking and a consultative style, coupled with experience in working with First Nations people and communities. Drawing on your technical knowledge and experience, you will be confident in advocating for culturally safe and secure workplaces and practices to deliver positive and sustainable outcomes.
