About the role

This exciting and diverse position will:

  • Assist the Senior Project Coordinator to identify, improve, and maintain systems and processes that support teams to deliver national programs.
  • Support the creation and coordination of events (travel planning, catering etc.)
  • Provide systems and database support to the Senior Project Coordinator and teams.
  • Support and deliver collateral and resources for programs.
  • Monitor the national email account.
  • Coordinate and develop creative content for communications which promotes key activities.

Who we're looking for

headspace is seeking someone with:

  • A minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated experience in administration, systems, and event organisation.
  • Advanced computer skills, using Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Eventbrite and Teams.
  • Highly developed communication skills.
  • Very strong attention to detail.
