A maternity leave position has become available in the Evaluation and Monitoring Team focussing on the headspace Early Psychosis Program.

Tell me about the role

  • Lead the monitoring and evaluation functions for the headspace Early Psychosis program
  • Scope, develop and implement internal evaluation projects
  • Manage the Early Psychosis minimum data set, including monitoring and supporting centre compliance against the headspace Early Psychosis Program MDS
  • Support data requests, extracts and queries from key stakeholders, including fidelity assessment being undertaken by Orygen
  • Work closely with the headspace Early Psychosis Services Manager and the Data and Technology team to build relationships with headspace Early Psychosis centres and ensure availability and access to comprehensive data for monitoring and evaluation

Who we're looking for

  • Post graduate degree level qualifications in social or behavioural sciences, evaluation, health sciences or other relevant discipline with a strong evaluation component.
  • High level expertise and experience in the development and implementation of evaluation and monitoring processes within a health, mental health or community care setting.
  • High level qualitative and quantitative research design and data analysis skills.
  • High level project management skills, with experience in managing projects to agreed timeframes.

  • The salary for this role is competitive ($90k - $100K base) and will be commensurate with skills and experience, plus superannuation and generous salary packaging opportunities up to the maximum amount ($15,900).
