Healthy Mind Solutions (HMS) is a new multidisciplinary practice based in Shepparton, Victoria. Our focus is on providing a comprehensive healthcare service to patients of all ages, who are suffering from mental illness and indicated disorders and conditions, as well as a broad range of services and supports to NDIS participants.
The team we’re building includes psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, allied health practitioners and admin staff, all collaborating to ensure our patients and participants have access to a wide range of complementary services from the one location, and are provided with exceptional quality care.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic healthcare management professional, with experience across the full breadth of business management responsibilities. Responsibilities include:
In conjunction with the director, you will drive and lead the strategic direction and growth of the organisation. The team will appreciate your leadership and guidance, as well as your energy and can-do approach to all facets of the business. External stakeholders will gain from the quality of service, support and care that your work serves to create and reinforce.

You’re someone with highly effective project management and leadership skills, as well as the ability to motivate and enthuse your team to be their best across their roles. You maintain a big picture view, whilst understanding and supporting the experience of individual stakeholders.
You love challenges, are results-oriented and thrive on having multiple accountabilities and projects on the go. You’re IT savvy and enjoy working with the latest technology, have excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills, an analytical approach, and a high level of professionalism and business ethics, with unquestioned integrity.
You have a tertiary qualification in Business Management or a comparable field of study, with 10+ years of business management, human resource management and leadership experience. You also have a thorough understanding of the healthcare industry, ideally having worked in private healthcare organisations. An MBA or post-graduate qualification in health or a related field would be highly regarded.
Thorough knowledge of the Office Suite, plus medical and bookkeeping software such as Xero are essential, and an understanding of the NDIS would be highly regarded.
