Position

You will be joining a new not-for-profit in Australia with the opportunity to fast track your career through diverse experience. You will be responsible for developing an effective strategy to identify and secure sustainable partnerships with corporates and one-off and regular donations from new corporate partners and individuals. To be successful in this role, you will need to be confident and comfortable in working with a range of stakeholders, including high net-worth individuals and church networks/communities. Hope for Justice is a growing international anti-slavery not-for-profit with a culture of passionate commitment and growth. Requirements

  • Develop an effective strategy to identify and secure one off and regular donations from new corporate partners
  • Find and cultivate relationships with high net-worth donors to result in long term collaboration and sustainable funding. This will be directly through business, personal and foundation income.
  • Develop and deliver a strategic partnerships plan to increase the number of high net worth and corporate givers to the work of the charity across Australia
  • Increase unrestricted revenues of Australian operations to achieve agreed targets
  • Engage businesses with Slave-Free Alliance to drive SFA revenue across membership, training and technical services.
  • Provide feedback into SFA on the needs and requirements of Australian business in tackling modern slavery to help develop country specific solutions.

Location: Sydney, Australia

Salary: Up to AU$ 80,000 per annum, depending on experience
